AI Transparency
Last updated: 21 July 2026
This page is our own Article 50 disclosure — produced with the template that ships in the Compliance Kit (file 04). We publish it because a compliance product whose own site is not compliant is worth nothing.
Where you'll encounter AI here
| Where | What it does | You'll see |
|---|---|---|
| Site copy and Kit documents | Drafted with AI assistance, then reviewed, corrected and verified against the legal sources by a human | This page; the note in our footer |
| Demo illustration on the home page | A decorative graphic used to demonstrate the labelling widget | The "AI-generated content" badge our own widget adds to it |
| Chatbot | We don't run one. If we add one, it will announce itself on the first message — that is the whole point of this business | — |
Our commitments
- A human is accountable. Every legal statement on this site and in our products was checked against the primary sources (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Commission guidance, the Transparency Code of Practice) by a person who takes responsibility for it. AI drafted; it did not decide.
- Your data is not used to train AI models. We don't send anything you do here to a model. See our Privacy page — the short version is that we collect almost nothing.
- We tell you what the law does not require. Where an obligation was postponed or does not apply to you, we say so, even when saying so costs us a sale.
- AI can be wrong, and so can we. Our materials are an implementation toolkit, not legal advice. Found an error? Write to us and we will correct it and tell buyers.
